Immersion Electric Heating Resistors for Water

Electric resistors for water are the most common execution in process heating: industrial washing tanks, boilers, storage tanks, humidification systems. The sheath — typically AISI 316L for the best resistance to corrosion and limescale — is sized on power and specific power density (W/cm²) to limit scale build-up on the heating surface and extend service life.

  • Immersion, flanged or threaded execution with AISI 304/316L sheath
  • Power density calibrated to water quality (hardness, dissolved salts) to reduce limescale build-up
