Suitable for heating, transferring and containing various products, our tanks can be equipped with accessories such as agitator, tilting mechanism, insulation and level control. We manufacture heated melting vessels with capacities ranging from 50 to 2000 litres, in sealed or ATEX execution, designed and assembled according to the customer's specific application.
UNICA CE Italy vessels are built from carbon steel to AISI 316 stainless steel, with long-term durability always in mind. Heating is achieved through an insulated jacket where diathermic oil is electrically heated by immersed heaters. For special applications and larger sizes, an external forced-circulation oil heating unit can be paired.
